You and your employer must pay into your Cushon workplace pension. The table below shows the minimum pension contributions. You can increase your contributions if you want to save more for retirement.

Cushon pension charges and fees
Your pension with Cushon has two main charges:
- Fund management charge: This depends on your investment choices. If you pick your own funds, the cost may be different from using the default investment strategy.
- Platform charge: Set by Cushon and your employer.
