If your workplace pension contributions look wrong, contact your employer first. The HR or payroll team can check your payslip details and fix any errors.

Your employer must send your pension contributions to Cushon so they reach your account by the 22nd of the month after your pay date. 

Employers usually have to send the payment by the 5th of the following month to meet this deadline. If you see a delay or your pension contributions still seem incorrect, tell your payroll or HR team as soon as possible.
