To withdraw money from your Cushon account, follow these steps:

• Log in to your Cushon account
• Select Manage money (this shows your pots)
• Click Withdraw
• Enter the amount you want to take out
• Confirm your withdrawal

When you withdraw, you sell some of the units in your investment pots. The fund managers sell these units and send the money to us. We then pay the money into your bank account.

How long it takes depends on which fund manager you have. Most withdrawals take about 7 working days, but some could take up to 14 working days to reach your bank account.
