If you often deposit or withdraw money, you will see contract notes often. But contract notes are also sent for other reasons. Here are some common times you might receive one:
- Around the 3rd of each month for charges (investments only)
- Around the 22nd for interest payments (cash accounts only)
- Around the 29th for regular direct debits
If you put money into a pot with four different funds, and each fund is priced on a different day, you could receive up to four contract notes. Each time a new document is added to your account, you'll get an email notification so you can view it.
