If you regularly deposit or withdraw money, you can expect to see contract notes frequently. But it's not just you depositing or withdrawing that can trigger a contract note. Here are some occasions you might see one:

• Around the 3rd of the month for charges (investments only)
• Around the 22nd for interest payments (cash only)
• Around the 29th for regular direct debits

Let's say you put money into a pot with four different funds. As each fund gets priced on a different day, you could receive up to four contract notes. You'll receive an email notification that a document has been added to your account for you to view when that happens.
