However, trading costs can change day to day depending on what is happening in the fund. For example, if many people invest new money into a fund, it needs to buy more shares, which increases trading costs.
If a fund has significant trading costs, it may pass them directly to investors. These costs are usually between 0% and 2% of the amount invested but can sometimes be higher.
