Two-factor authentication, or two-step verification as it's often called, is just a fancy way of saying that we're adding an extra step to keep your account safe.

So, as well as entering your PIN or password, you'll need to do one more thing to prove it's really you.

When you want to log into your Cushon account on our web portal, we'll send you a text message with a unique six-digit code. This code is your one-time passcode and it's only valid for 5 minutes, so make sure you use it promptly. 

Once you've entered the code and clicked 'Verify', you're all set to access your account. The process is quick, convenient and keeps your account doubly safe.

Remember: never, ever share your password or six-digit code with anyone.
