We use two-factor authentication to help keep your account secure.
This means you need to do two things to log in to your Cushon account:
- Enter your PIN or password
- Enter a one-time code we send you by text
When you log in on our web portal, you’ll get a unique six-digit code by text. This code is valid for 5 minutes, so please enter it straight away.
Once you enter the code and click Verify, you’ll be able to access your account.
Important: Never share your password or six-digit code with anyone.
