First, make sure you have the Cushon app.

Once you're all set, you'll see a 'Transfers' button on the bottom left of your welcome screen. Give that a tap, and you'll be able to enter details about the pension pot you'd like to transfer.

If you have more than one pot to bring over, no worries! You can just complete the details for each one individually.

After you've hit submit, you can easily track the progress of your transfer right on your app.
