The process can take between 4 to 12 weeks, sometimes a bit more. 

To make sure it's not delayed, double check your previous scheme has all your correct details, like your name and address. If any details are missing or not quite right, it could slow things down a bit on your old provider's end.

When it's all done, we'll send you an email to let you know the money's in your account.
