Cushon bought Creative pension in 2022.

Since then, we have moved Creative pension employees to the Cushon platform. This gives employees access to the Cushon app, making it easier to see pension savings and plan for the future.

By the end of September 2026, all Creative pension employees will have moved to Cushon.

If you have not used Cushon before

If you have not received an email or letter from us, do not worry. We will contact you with instructions on how to access your Cushon account by 31 October 2026 at the latest. You cannot log in to Cushon until you get this message.

If you already have a Cushon account

You do not need to do anything. Your Creative pension pot will appear in the Cushon app or when you log in online by 31 October 2026.
