There are a number of tax relief methods used by pensions.

A net pay arrangement means we take your contribution straight from your pay before the tax. This way, the income tax on your take-home pay is reduced. Your full contribution will be collected upfront, and the tax relief is instantly granted at your highest tax rate. This way, there's no need for you to complete a tax return.
