If you have a complaint or concern, you can follow our complaints process. To raise your issue:
Email us.
In your email, include:
- Your name
- Your address
- Your date of birth
- Your National Insurance number
You can send a complaint yourself or appoint someone to do it for you. If you are complaining on someone else's behalf, include their details and your relationship to them.
Once we get your email, we'll confirm we have received it. We'll aim to get back to you within eight weeks.
We will share your complaint and our response with the trustees of your Cushon pension, which is your workplace pension.
